Fees & insurance
Every treatment we offer, with its fee. If a treatment turns out to need more than the estimate we gave you, we stop and agree the new figure with you before going on — that has been the rule here since 2012.

Fees checked and updated for November 2026. "From" fees depend on the tooth and the materials used; your check-up estimate is the figure you will pay unless we agree a change with you first.
Every fee includes
- Local anaesthetic, wherever a treatment needs it
- X-rays and scans taken during that treatment
- A review appointment within three months
- Aftercare advice and the next-day call
Paying with insurance
We work with most health insurers, including Northgate and Bluepine. Bring your policy number to your first visit. Before treatment starts we will tell you what your policy covers, what (if anything) is left for you to pay, and we will handle the claim paperwork for treatments we provide.
If your policy needs a claim form signed, bring it with you — there is no charge for completing it.
Paying monthly
For treatments over £500 you can spread the cost monthly. Implants and aligners are also naturally spread, because the work — and the bill — happens in stages over several months. Ask at your check-up and we will go through the exact figures with you before anything is booked.
