Good questions
Is there step-free access?
Yes — level entry from Dean Street, an accessible loo on the ground floor, and tables we can move. Tell us in the booking notes and the best-placed table is yours.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome at the counter and in the back room, with a water bowl and strong opinions from the kitchen about who gets the last meatball. Not in the main room at peak, sorry.
What about kids?
Kids are welcome till 19:30, eat free at the counter on Sundays before 18:00, and get the pasta plain, sauced, or half-and-half — the kitchen does not judge.
Do I need to book?
Only for five or more, or the back room. Everything else is walk-in: the counter turns fast, and after 21:00 there's nearly always space.
Allergies and diets?
Half the menu is vegetarian; vegan and gluten-free dishes are badged on the menu page. Tell us about allergies before you order — one kitchen, cooked fresh, changes possible.
Lost something?
Call from noon the next day. Umbrellas, chargers and one famous glove are in the box by the pass.
