OSCILLA®

Privacy, in full.

EFFECTIVE 1 NOVEMBER 2026 · SAMPLE TEXT, NOT LEGAL ADVICE.

01 · Who we are

Oscilla Labs Ltd is the data controller for the service described on this site; our registered office and data-protection contact are named in section 08. This document is sample text, published to show the structure and tone we use; it is not legal advice. Everything below is written the way we believe such a page should read: completely, and in plain words.

02 · What we collect

Account data (name, work email, organisation), the prompts and files you send the service, and the run records the platform creates. We collect the minimum the service needs to run and to keep its audit trail — the trail is a feature you can inspect, not a log we keep about you in secret.

  • Prompts and files you submit
  • Run records: steps, tool calls, citations, verify results
  • Billing records, kept as the law requires
  • Security logs, kept for 90 days

03 · What we never do

We never train models on customer data. We never sell personal data, and we never use your runs to advertise anything to anyone. Zero-retention API mode disables prompt storage entirely; the run record remains, because it is yours and your auditors may need it.

04 · Retention

Prompts are retained for 30 days for abuse review and then deleted, or not retained at all if you choose zero retention. Run records are kept for 13 months and then archived or deleted at your instruction. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure, except billing records the law obliges us to keep.

05 · Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, correct it, export it, or have it deleted, and you may object to processing that rests on legitimate interests. Write to the contact page with the topic “Privacy”. We answer within one month, and usually within one week.

06 · Contact

Privacy questions go to the lab through the contact page. If we change this document materially, we will say so on this page with a new effective date, and we will email account holders before the change takes effect — not after.
