OSCILLA®

Terms of service.

EFFECTIVE 1 NOVEMBER 2026 · SAMPLE TEXT, NOT LEGAL ADVICE.

01 · The service

Oscilla provides access to a reasoning model and an agent platform, by API and by private deployment, as described on the product and pricing pages. The contracting entity is Oscilla Labs Ltd. This document is sample text, published to show the structure and tone we use; it is not legal advice.

02 · Access and accounts

Access is granted per organisation, after review. You are responsible for your API keys and for the acts of the accounts you create. Tell us promptly if a key leaks; we will rotate first and ask questions second.

03 · Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe others' rights, or to generate claims you intend to present as verified when the record shows they are not. The audit trail exists so that verification means something; forging a verify line is a material breach.

04 · The audit record

Run records belong to you. We store them to provide the service and will export them to you in the documented format at any time, including after termination, for 90 days. We do not train on them (see the privacy note).

05 · Fees

Fees are as stated on the pricing page or in your agreement. Usage is metered per million tokens and itemised on every invoice — reasoning tokens are shown separately, because that is where the work is. Prices do not change inside a billing year.

06 · Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, except where the law does not allow a limit. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

07 · Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date and emailed to account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.

08 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to its courts — unless your agreement says otherwise, as Institute agreements may.
